For Charlotte on the yogurt with apples and quinces: - 120 g margarine or butter; - 2 eggs; - 1 incomplete Cup sugar; 1 Cup (250 ml) of yogurt; -1 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder; vanillin; - 4 medium or 3 large apples; ½ of quince; - 1.5 cups of flour.
