You will need

    • yolks – 5 PCs.;

    • powdered sugar – 1tbsp.;
    • flour – 120 g;
    • strawberry – 250 g;
    • vanillin;
    • baking powder.
    • Recipe No. 2:
    • butter – 170 g;
    • heavy cream – 180 g;
    • sugar – 1 tbsp.;
    • eggs – 2 PCs.;
    • flour – 3, St;
    • strawberry – 300 g;
    • apples – 2 PCs.
    • Recipe No. 3:
    • flour – 1 tbsp.;
    • sugar – 2 tbsp;
    • sugar powder – 3 tbsp;
    • butter – 150 g;
    • cream – 300 ml;
    • yolks – 3 PCs.;
    • gelatin – 15 g;
    • wine – 200 ml;
    • strawberries – 400g.
Recipe No. 1

Mash the yolks and egg. Connect them with the icing sugar and gradually add this mixture into the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Then add in the egg whipped to a froth the whites, mix again.
Put the finished dough in a cake form, lay on top cut into halves strawberries. Bake strawberry cake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. The finished product is dusted with powder sugar.

Sort the strawberries, cut it into pieces and lightly sprinkle with sugar, put on fire. Cook the berries on low heat. Peel the apples and grate on a fine grater, add them to the strawberries and boil all 15 minutes. The result should be quite thick, but not overcooked filling.
Grind butter with sugar, combine oil mixture with eggs and cream. Stir in the flour and quickly knead the dough, refrigerate for half an hour.
Divide into two unequal parts chilled dough. Roll out the greater part and place it on the sheet. Put the dough on the filling. Thinly roll out remaining dough, cut out the strips and place on top of filling, zasypnica sides of cake.
Grease the cake of strawberry protein and put in the oven. Bake on medium heat until Golden brown.

Melt the butter and combine it with the flour and sugar, add the mixture of water and knead the dough. The ready dough put in the refrigerator.
Prepare the cream, mix the cream, egg yolks and part of powdered sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer until thick. Soak the gelatin in 4 cups of water. In a small saucepan, warm 0.5 cups of water and add swollen gelatin. Add to the pan wine and stir well when the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Roll out the dough and place into shape, prick with fork and bake in preheated oven 25 minutes. Lubricate the finished cake with cream, put in it the strawberries and pour the cooled jelly, place the bowl in the fridge for an hour.
