Cake with strawberries and sour cream
This cake is usually made with fresh berries. But frozen is no worse with them, the product becomes not less than lush and juicy.
You will need:
- 15 g of yeast;
- 1 Cup of milk;
- 2 eggs;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- 0,25 teaspoons of salt;
- 3 cups wheat flour.
For the filling:
- 400 g frozen strawberries;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 1 Cup sour cream;
- 1 Cup of sugar;
- 1 egg for lubrication.
Sift the flour. In a large bowl mix the eggs with the sugar and salt, add warm milk, butter and dry yeast. Portions stir in the flour and knead the dough. Put it in warm for 2 hours. - 6 tablespoons of butter;
- 0,25 teaspoons of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- 1 tbsp starch;
- 1.5 cups of sugar;
- 1 lemon.
Melt the butter, add 1 Cup of sugar, the juice of half a lemon and finely grated zest. Whisk, put in the egg mixture, pour the milk and whisk again. The dough turned out fluffy and homogeneous, it is easiest to use the mixer. Sift flour, mix with vanilla sugar and baking powder, portions pour in the butter-milk mixture, mix well the dough with a spoon.
Slightly defrost the strawberries and mix with starch. Form grease with oil, put in her dough. Place the strawberries on top of the pie, slightly utaplivaja it in the dough.
