How to sterilize jars

Pasteurization or sterilization of cans used for disinfection and to extend shelf life of products which will be placed in banks. Before pasteurization , the banks were thoroughly washed and inspected for the presence and absence of chipping and cracking. There are several methods of pasteurization.

Instruction

Bank washed, pour over boiling water and put down the neck in a boiling kettle, sterilization time of about 10-15 minutes.

Rinse twice with boiling water jar, then fill the jar with hot water for 3-5 minutes.

You can pasteurize the cans in the oven. Place cans in cold oven upside down and preheat it oven to 150 degrees. Hold the cans in the oven at this temperature for 5-7 minutes.

In the microwave, you can also a good idea to sterilize empty cans. Arrange the washed banks inside and turn on full power the microwave as soon as the banks dry, they are ready.

Keep a jar of washed down the neck over an open flame, as the Bank dries it has prosterilizovat.
