You will need
    • For meatballs:
    • 4-5 tablespoons of mashed potatoes;
    • 1 egg;
    • flour;
    • one-third Cup of milk;
    • butter or oil;
    • For the filling:
    • smoked sausage;
    • cheese;
    • carrots;
    • raisins;
    • prunes;
    • greens;
    • bow.
    • For eggs with mashed potatoes:
    • mashed potatoes;
    • 2-3 eggs;
    • vegetable oil;
    • ham;
    • fresh herbs.

The meatballs

Egg whisk with a mixer in a fluffy white foam. Connect with milk and continue whisking for another 3-4 minutes.

Then add mashed potatoes and whisk everything until smooth. Add the flour and knead soft dough. It should not stick to your hands.

Heat the pan butter or oil. From the dough shape small balls or patties. Roll them in flour and fry in a pan until Golden brown.

Then put the meatballs on a flat plate and serve along with coffee or freshly brewed tea.

These meatballs can be done with fillings. As additives take your taste – smoked sausage, cheese, onions, carrots, raisins, prunes or greens.

Any of the toppings chop. Sausage and carrots – thin strips. Onions, raisins, prunes, herbs – finely chop. Cheese cut into small cubes. Connect with the dough, mix and fry in vegetable oil.

Scrambled eggs with mashed potatoes

Ham cut into small strips. Fresh herbs finely chop. You can take the dill, parsley, jusi or leeks.

In a pan heat a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry in it the ham. Then put mashed potatoes so that it occupies half of the pan. For the second half beat the egg and add salt to taste.

From time to time stir to nothing burnt and evenly roasted on all sides. When egg is fried, and the mashed potatoes formed a Golden crust, remove the pan from the heat, spread out in portions to each family member. Sprinkle on top of fresh greens.

Both dishes need to be served immediately, before they cool off. In a few hours the meatballs and eggs will not be as fragrant and delicious as soon as taken from fire. So call your family to the table.
