Wash the tubers. Clean and drop in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the potatoes.

Pour into a bowl vegetable oil. It is best to use olive. Add to an oil a pinch of ground pepper and stir. Foil cut into squares.
