Use the system search for available seats in long-distance trains on the official website of JSC "Russian Railways". To do this, enter in the corresponding field the point of departure and destination, date of departure. If the request is not found free seats in the room, choose another travel option.

Call Unified information service center of JSC "Russian Railways" on the phone 8-800-775-0000. Call in Russia is free, the service is available at any time of the day.

Wait until the operator answers, inform him the train number, departure date, departure point and destination. Give the passport details of passengers. At the end of the data entry operator will confirm the booking and will announce the final cost of travel documents.

Keep in mind that to book tickets only on long-distance trains, which pass through the territory of the Russian Federation, CIS and Baltic countries. You cannot book a ticket on the train Moscow – Kaliningrad, passing in transit through the territory of Lithuania, and on trains in Europe.

Visit the service centre railway Agency. Remember, you must do so within three days from the date of booking of tickets.

Pay the cost of the train tickets.

Get the tickets in hand, check the passport details and the names of the passengers.
