In the menu "start" select "control Panel".

Double-click on the browser icon and select from several options the connection that you need.

Click on the security panel and select in the window "Properties".

Click to select "Internet connection".

Select the zone of the Web content to determine its parameters, and security settings, and then click on the "Default level".

Click to select a panel of "Restriction of access". Select the zone of the Web content to determine its settings, and then click on the "Sites".

Click on the web address of the website on the panel "Limits" in the dialog box that opens, and then click on "Remove". Do the same for all web addresses in the list, so you remove the limitations to access.

Click "Apply" then "OK" to confirm all settings and to enter them into action.
