Remember that in relation to mobile phones does not apply rule fourteen days. This means that the firm-the seller may refuse to refund for non-defective merchandise.

If you decide to take non-defective merchandise – be prepared to get rejected. It is best to politely ask the store to exchange the product. Describe pre-the reason for the return. Don't immediately demand a refund, because the probability of success is extremely small.

If in the course of the two-week period in the mobile phone has been a significant obvious problem, require replacement of the goods or a refund. Refuse offers to take the mobile phone to the service center. A significant marriage, manifested in the first days of usage, is a clear sign of low-quality goods.
