Click "start". At the bottom you will see a window with a line for command input, write in it services.msc and press Enter or click OK. This will start the system management console to the startup and operation of the services. Scroll down the list on the right side of the window to the bottom. Find the line that says "security Center" and double-click on this item. Opens the properties window through which you can define the parameters of that service.

Select "Disabled" in the drop-down list under "startup Type". This item is located in the Central part of the window. To access the list, simply click the left mouse button on the inscription "Automatic startup" which is selected by default. Then click "Apply" — you need to save the changes. Click OK to close the edit window and close the settings services.

Open the notification about disabling the "Center support". Immediately after disabling the daemon, you will see in right corner a pop up message about a new "problem" with the computer. Click on it or check mark in the system tray near the clock. Click on the link "get support" and activate the command "set center support", which is on the right side of the window. You will see a window with multiple checked options. Uncheck all items and click OK to save the settings.

Restart the computer using "start menu", option "Reboot". After starting, you likely won't see any traces of the Center support. If this is not so and notifications continue to appear, you need to use the system registry.

Open the registry editor. To do this, click "start" and select menu "Run". Type regedit in the blank line and click OK. A window will open with the Windows registry. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftwindowswindows Error Reporting. To do this, open the registry branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then expand Software, Microsoft group and subgroup Windows in it.

Click the mouse pointer on the bottom line that says Windows Error Reporting. In the right half of the window you will see a list of registry settings which are responsible for error handling and messages for users. Double-click DisableQueue and enter the number 1 in the Value data box, and then click OK. Do the same with the parameter DontShowUI. Close the registry editor.

Disconnect the center icon support. To do this, open the editing pane of the group policy system, click "start" and enter gpedit.msc in the line "search programs and files". Go to "user Configuration", click "Administrative templates" and select "start Menu and taskbar".

In the right part of the console, locate the option "Delete icon centre support" and double-click it. Opens the editing window in which you check "Enable" and click "Apply". Close the group policy console and reboot the computer. Now the center support completely disabled.
