Find out whether you and your employees sufficient expertise to conduct such work. The head of the organization should be higher or specialized secondary technical education and work experience of not less than five years in field related to technical fire safety. The people who will directly supervise the conduct of works should also have at least three years of experience.

Gather the necessary documents for obtaining a license. Remove the copy of the registration certificate of your organization, entered into the register of companies and with the notice on statement on the account in tax Department. The resulting additional copies assure at the notary. Will need a copy of the Charter, if provided with your organization.

Document your qualifications. To do so, attach a copy of your diploma and employment record. You will also need to prove that you have the right to operate the equipment.

Pay the fee for the registration of the license. For 2012 it is 2600 rubles. Find out the payment details on the website of the Ministry of emergency situations in the information section about its territorial bodies. Add to the collected documents, the payment order on which you paid tax.

Come with all documents to your regional office of the Ministry. On the spot according to the samples, write a statement of their desire to obtain a license for the installation of OPS. Then pass all papers to the employee of the organization. Wait for the decision on your question, it can take up to two months. After that you will be able to get the license and start the desired activity.
