Most often MS Outlook, though, and has other office functions, used for e-mail correspondence. Thus, most of the settings accounts for mail. For messages and set the rules more often.

Open MS Outlook on page of incoming email messages, go to the main menu, select "Service". Select the item "rules Wizard". Click it and follow the prompts. A window will open, which will be the first in the list of services for which it is possible to create a rule. Select your user account.

To the right of this window will be several buttons, of which you need only "Create" if you did not import the address book along with the rules and don't want to change the existing ones. Click this button, you will see the following window with two checkboxes, one menu and field description rules, which specify the actions which will be taken by email in accordance with your requirements.

In the first checkbox, check the field "Create new rule based on the template", then the following box will display the list of available rule templates. You can set a lot of rules in MS Outlook and every time you have to read "the Help" or to understand by trial and error. But there is a major where you can practice is "Move new messages from someone". It is intended mainly for sorting mail into folders. Having mastered the skills of creating this type of rule, the job of any other types of rules will not make you work.

In the template select with the mouse the corresponding line. Further, the simplest solution is to click on the link "senders or distribution list" in the lower window. In this way, you will immediately see a window with a list of your contacts. If the contact exists in your address book, select it with the mouse, click on the arrow button, which is located between the Windows. On the left are all the contacts on the right only the selected. For each of the contacts this procedure must be repeated separately.

If the required sender not in your address book, his e-mail address you can drive in a free field above the list of available contacts. Don't forget to save the address and name and everything you found it necessary to write to this contact. Data will be saved in your address book under the name you specified as the treatment. Now again press OK, select "Next" and continue the setup of conditions for the selection of the destination folder for correspondence that comes from the specified address.

Similarly, click "name" to select the destination folder. If you have not yet created a folder for this kind of correspondence, you can create it right in the next window. Here, you will be prompted to either select a destination folder from the list available or create a new one. Click "Create", enter the name in the list, if not already there and click OK. Clicking the "Next" button, you will be able to add additional rules to an already created – to make clarifications, in which case you should apply this rule.

To finish creating a new rule just click "finish". The new rule will be added to the list of rules MS Outlook, where you will also be able to edit them. First practice on this simple example, just putting different boxes in the menu on the link "senders or distribution list" and watching the result. Then the same can be done for the field "name". Independently experimenting with the settings, don't be afraid to do something wrong: a rule can always be changed or deleted.
