You will need
  • - valid passport;
  • - valid Russian passport, copy of pages with photograph and stamp of registration;
  • - color photo of 35 to 45 mm;
  • - application form for Schengen visa;
  • - insurance policy;
  • - reference, evidence of financial status;
  • - document confirming hotel booking;
  • - tickets to any kind of transport at both ends.

Check the validity of your passport, it must expire no earlier than 90 days from the date of departure. Make a copy of the photo page.

Please contact the Studio for make 1 colour photo size 35 by 45 mm.

Fill out the form for a Schengen visa. Its available free of charge from the consular Department of the Embassy of the Czech Republic, Czech Visa Centre or download from the Embassy website and print out on four sheets. Use to fill the Latin uppercase letters. In question 37 and on the last page put your signature.

Contact insurance company and arrange medical insurance policy valid in the territory of the Schengen countries. Remember that the minimum sum insured should be equivalent to 30 000 euros, and the term of the policy to meet the period of stay in the Czech Republic.

Make a copy of pages of the Russian passport with a photo and a residence permit.To reserve a room in a hotel or hostel for the entire period of stay in the country. If you are coming at the invitation of a private person, attach this document to the total package.

Prepare the reference describing your financial situation. Please contact the Bank where you opened your account and request a Bank account statement, stamped by Bank and signed by the employee. In addition, you can provide proof of employment confirming your position and salary, or traveller's cheques with the name of the owner and a receipt of purchase.

Purchase plane tickets, train or bus to Prague. Copies of documents or printouts of electronic itinerary receipts and attach to General documents.

Make an appointment at the Consular section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic by phone 495-504-3654. Visit the Department at the appointed time. Pay the visa fee for visa is EUR 35. In case of obtaining urgent visa fee of EUR 70.
