You will need
    • 800 g of potatoes;
    • 200 g cheese (hard);
    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • one egg;
    • 4 tbsp oil (vegetable);
    • garlic – 1 clove;
    • 1 tsp salt;
    • pepper (black).
Turn on the oven, it should warm up to 180 degrees C.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Wash potatoes well, peel and wash one more time. Cut it into circles and place in a deep bowl or in a saucepan.
Sprinkle potatoes with pepper (the amount depends on your taste) and salt. Add only half the grated cheese. Mix everything carefully.
In a small bowl pour the milk and add the egg. Take a whisk (or a fork) and a little whisk, the mixture should be homogeneous.
Garlic peel, wash and cut in half, better in length. A pan or other heat-resistant form, which will bake all the dish, grate in garlic. Pour oil and spread it evenly across the surface.
Cooked potatoes put in a pan. Pour the potato milk mixture and eggs.
Place the form with potatoes in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. The willingness of the meals, check with a toothpick, it needs to pierce her potatoes. If the dish will burn on top, and inside will be raw, then cover the container with the potatoes with foil and bake until tender.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the potatoes, the remaining cheese and again put in the oven for 5-10 minutes. When the top will be a tasty, crunchy, cheesy crust, the dish is ready.
