You will need
  • Rubbing alcohol, plastic bag, ice, mineral spirits, dishwashing detergent, stain remover, cleaned gasoline.

Pack the soiled clothes in a plastic bag and put in the freezer. Leave for a few hours. Freeze duration depends on the type of fabric and size of the gum. Then scrape off the gum with a sharp object so as not to damage the material. Wipe the trace of the spots with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol.

Use ice cubes to remove gum from clothing. Apply plastic bag of ice to the contaminated area for a few minutes. Then remove the gum with a metal nail file or a stiff brush.

Put soiled clothes on the Ironing Board in the expanded state. On the reverse and front sides attach tissue paper or blotting paper. Iron contaminated area. With the removal of the gum tissues change. Wipe the trace of the stains with white spirit.

Put clothing stuck chewing gum in a bowl and pour hot water. As they heat, the gum will soften and it can easily be removed. When the fabric is completely cleaned, RUB the trace of the stains with a brush.

In a separate container, pour a few teaspoons of dishwashing detergent or stain remover. Add a small amount of water and foam with a sponge, apply on the soiled area of the garment. After a couple of hours, rinse the fabric under running water and wash it in hot water with detergent for stubborn stains.

Buy at the hardware store the purified diesel. Soak cotton pad in solvent and apply to the stuck chewing gum. After some time remove the gum, wipe the trace of the stains with gasoline and wash clothing in a washing machine at a temperature of 60oC. Before using this tool make sure it's safe for the fabric. Apply a few drops of gasoline on an inconspicuous area of the garment and wait 2-5 minutes.
