Ingredients:

  • Medium-sized potatoes – 5 PCs;
  • Chicken egg – 4 pieces;
  • Medium size carrots - 2 PCs;
  • Canned green peas – 1 Bank;
  • Sour Apple - 1 piece;
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece;
  • 1 medium-sized onion.
  • Mayonnaise – 250 g;
  • Salt;
  • Fresh parsley and celery for decoration.

Preparation:

  1. Potatoes and carrots good wash brush from contamination and cook steamed until cooked. After that, drain water and leave to cool to room temperature. Clean the vegetables peeled and cut into very small cubes. Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry and remove with a sharp knife the stalk of a seed. The flesh is cut into thin strips.
