Simple pancakes for dry milk



To quickly cook delicious pancakes take:

- wheat flour – 5 tbsp;
- dried milk – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
Sol – 0.5 tsp.;

soda food – 0.5 tsp.;

First, you need to sift the flour in the dough to avoid lumps. Powdered milk must be mixed with salt and add to the flour. Mash the egg with sugar, add citric acid, baking soda, all thoroughly.
