You will need
- Large oranges, 2 EA.
- Cooled boiled water (or filtered) 4 l;
- Sugar 400g;
- Citric acid (powder) 1 tsp. without top

Pour over the oranges with boiling water, wipe it and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Oranges cut into slices, with peel (!) mince.

Drained weight at first through a colander (it will hold large pieces), then through a sieve.

To the strained juice add 3 quarts of water, sugar and citric acid. Stir to dissolve the crystals of sugar and acid, pour in bottles and let to stand before use for about an hour.
Note
Oranges freeze, they showed fuller the taste. Oranges out of the freezer easily cut.
Useful advice
You can increase the juice yield, taking two oranges, and 4, 6. Accordingly, increase in consumption of water and other components.
You can take instead of one orange 2-3 Mandarin. The taste of the juice will be even richer.
Made from orange pulp left over after juicing, you can cook the jam, adding a little sugar.
