Sweet pilaf with dried fruitsMelt in the cauldron butter or ghee. Add dried fruit and simmer in oil about twenty or thirty minutes.

Put steamed dried fruit in a small pan, pour ghee and mix.

Lay the slices of pita bread on a dish, top place the rice, garnish with steamed dried fruit and almonds.
Note
For cooking pilaf, use long grain rice. Perfect fragrant basmati rice.
Useful advice
For special cases you can have the rice with dried fruit on a platter, and the edges of the plates to spread out the small apples with the remote pre-center. Pour in the middle of the apples alcohol. Put out the light, to set fire to the alcohol in apples and serve the pilaf.
