You will need
- rice (1 tbsp.);
- salt (1 tsp);
- raisins (100 g);
- Apple (1 PCs.);
- dried apricots (10 pieces);
- carrots (1 PC.);
- dried fruits (100 g);
- butter (2 tbsp).
- Dishes: Kazan.
Carefully rinse the apricots, raisins, dried fruit.
Take a cutting Board. Cut it into strips dried apricots, apples, and carrots.
In a pot heat the oil. Fry in it the carrots first, then add the apples and dried fruits (5 minutes).
Take rice, wash it in water.
Place the rice in the cauldron. Then mix it with fruits.
Then add salt to taste pilaf and fill it with water.
Cover kettle and cook over medium heat until the rice is tender. Sweet pilaf is ready!
If you take the pot instead of cauldron, use the wrong pic, sorry oil, or forget about the spices, you will get a mess.
If the water has evaporated and the rice is ready, add a little water.
