Navigate to the "start" button and select "Run". To create a remote server, you need to configure remote connections so that they were allowed and recorded in the database server,and reports. At the command prompt enter the following: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2.

In the window that appears, open the tab "configuration Tools". In it, navigate to "configuration Manager serverand SQL." Then find the node "Network configuration, serverand SQL." Expand it by double-clicking the left mouse button.

Select "Protocols" to make a remote server. It will include the TCP/IP Protocol. Restart the serverand SQL to installed settings to take effect. Go to the menu button "start". Now you need to activate remote administration in the firewall of your system.

Click "Run". At the command prompt enter the following: netsh.exe firewall set service type=REMOTEADMIN mode=Enable scope=ALL and press Enter. Again navigate to the "start"button.

Select "control Panel". This time you need to configure the DCOM permission for remote access to WMI utilities. Double-click on "administrative tools". In the opened window go to the tab "component Services".

Find the Computers node, expand it, select "My computer". In the "Actions" tab of "Properties". To configure a remote server , select the "com Security", and then click "Edit limits" under "Permissions for launch and activation".

Enter the user name and click OK. Expand the "Permissions for user or group". Select the checkboxes next to the items "Remote activation" and "Remote access". Click OK. Then change the settings for WMI server. Go to "computer Management" under "Administration".

Open the "Security" tab. Open the folder, then highlight the Admin folder, and then click "Security". Activate the "Enable account", "remote Enable", "Read security". Click OK.
