• Egg - 1 PC;
  • Chips with taste of bacon / bell pepper - 25 g;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;

  1. For batch version of the salad we will need such a useful unit, serving as the ring components are formed in layers in the dish. To the bottom immediately put a little mayonnaise sauce: it will not allow salad to crumble when the ring is removed.
  2. Boil the potato right in the skin. Let cool, then peel and chop tiny cubes. Arrange them in the mold on top of the mayonnaise, top with a little salt and cover again with sauce.
  3. Next layer – chopped smoked sausage (best to slice them diagonally). Because to remove the shell quite problematic meat products is recommended to lightly fry.
  4. Cook and peel a carrot (as a replacement it is permissible to use Korean, wrung from marinade and chopped). Crumble small cubes and put on top of sausage slices (according to tradition, laid between layers of mayonnaise).
  5. Re-apply the sauce, but now in greater volume. Sprinkle with grated protein, boiled eggs, yolk we don't need.
  6. After another layer of mayonnaise (still do not regret sauce!) spread sweet corn. Good trambeam it with a spoon.
  7. Finally, you can carefully remove the ring. The top of the salad decorate with slices of sausages, a circle of plates lay crunchy chips – they perfectly complement the taste of the dish.
