Crunchy salad with Kirieshki and smoked chicken

Necessary ingredients:

  • 300 g smoked chicken;
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda or Dutch);
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 pack of crackers Kirieshki;
  • 2 eggs;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Eggs boil hard boiled, cooled in cold water, then shred them with a knife or grate large size. Smoked chicken and cucumber cut into thin strips. Cheese RUB on a medium grater. Combine chopped ingredients in a deep dish, add to them a pack of crackers, season the salad with mayonnaise and thoroughly mix everything.

Tender salad with Kirieshki and crab sticks

Necessary ingredients:

  • 200 grams of canned corn;
  • 1 piece of processed cheese;
  • 1 pack of crackers Kirieshki;
  • 200 g crab sticks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Grind hard-boiled eggs on a grater with large nozzle. Crab sticks cut into cubes of medium size. Processed cheese RUB on a small grater. With canned corn, drain the liquid, then add it to the bowl with the rest. Pour into a salad, a pack of crackers, fills it of light mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. If desired, the finished dish may be sprinkled on a small amount of chopped walnuts – it will give it taste more spice.

Nutritious salad with Kirieshki, beans and mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 Bank of canned beans;
  • 1 Bank of canned mushrooms;
  • 1 onions medium size;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 pack of crackers Kirieshki;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • greens.
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Peel the carrots peeled, and onions from the husk, then chop the vegetables into sticks or grate them on a coarse grater. Chopped onion and carrot put in a small pan with heated vegetable oil, season with a little salt and pepper, then simmer vegetables over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Prepared onions and carrots put in a bowl and let them cool.

Drain excess liquid from canned beans and mushrooms then cut the mushrooms thin slices, mix them with the beans and add to the cooled sauteed vegetables. Before serving dishes on the table pour into salad croutons, add finely chopped greens and mayonnaise.
