How to cook cauliflower in the pan with the egg

To prepare cauliflower in a pan with egg you will need:

  • forks of cauliflower;
  • 3-eggs;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper;
  • sour cream, garlic and greens (to feed).

Boil a pot of water, adding salt to taste. Divide the cauliflower into florets and scald them in for 10 minutes. In a bowl whisk together 3-4 eggs, add salt mixture and add the pepper and favorite spices. Glow the pan, filling it with vegetable oil. To prepare cauliflower is delicious in the pan not only eggs, but with the addition of mushrooms and vegetables. You will need the following ingredients:

  • forks of cauliflower
  • 6-7 fresh eggs;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 200 g fresh mushrooms;
  • pod pepper;
  • medium-sized onion;
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes;
  • 2-3 garlic cloves;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Rinse and clean peppers, cut into thin slices. Peel and chop onion, slice into cubes the tomatoes. Chop the sliced mushrooms and sauté with onions in butter. Add peppers and tomatoes. Peel and chop the garlic cloves, adding to the other vegetables.

Wash and divide into florets forks of cabbage. Boil water in a saucepan and boil cabbage for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste. Put the boiled cabbage to the other vegetables in the pan and stir, salted and pepper to taste, adding your favorite seasonings and spices. Simmer vegetables 10 minutes.
