How to make a pass in the subway

Register in tax authorities of the individual entrepreneur or legal entity. Will receive a certificate of registration.

Contact directly at one of the hypermarket METRO to see the list of documents required for registration of power of attorney for five representatives of the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity that will be eligible to make purchases on behalf of the organization.

Individual entrepreneur must submit the following documents:- a certified copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified State Register (egrip);- a certified copy of the VAT;- a certified copy of the passport of the individual entrepreneur (page with photo, name, registration);- power of attorney for the persons authorized to make purchases.

Legal entities will require the following documents:- a certified copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified State Registry (EGRUL);- certified copies of the INN and KPP;- certified copies of the record (order) on appointment of the Director (General Director);- a certified copy of the Charter of the legal entity (stitched);- power of attorney for the persons authorized to make purchases.

Execute a power of attorney. Enter the address where your organization is registered, VAT number and name of the head. List the individuals (name, passport data), which will have the right to Transact on behalf of your organization. Put at the beginning and at the end of the document the date of the proxy and his signature. Reassure him by printing your organization.

Please note: registration cards-passes to METRO stores absolutely free. So avoid cooperation with those who undertook for a fee to issue a guest pass to a network of hypermarkets, as such documents are invalid and you just lose money.
