Pancakes with oatmeal



Try an unusual option - pancakes on sour milk from a mixture of two types of flour. They are autumn lush and airy. Serve pancakes with jam, honey or sour cream.

You will need:

- 300 ml of milk;
- 150 grams of wheat flour;
- 150 g oat flour;
- 0,25 teaspoons of salt;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- vegetable oil for frying.


Pour fermented baked milk in a deep bowl, add eggs, sugar and salt. With a mixer or whisk, whisk everything into a homogeneous mass. Add soda, slaked lemon juice. Sift the flour and add portions of it to the mixture. Mix well the dough and let it stand for 7-10 minutes. On the surface, you should see bubbles.

In a pan heat the vegetable oil. It is better to use deodorized sunflower, it is neutral in taste. Do not pour too much oil, otherwise the pancakes will turn out flat and greasy. With a spoon spread the batter into the pan, forming a round or oblong pancakes. Let them fry on one side and then flip. Put the finished product on a large platter before serving and keep warm. To soak up excess oil, the dish can be covered with a paper towel.

Pancakes with apples



A delicious option for Breakfast - pancakes with added fruit. Choose juicy fruit with a bright sweet and sour taste, for example, Antonovka. Instead of apples you can use sliced pears, peaches, strawberries or raisins.

You will need:

1 Cup sour milk;
- 1 Cup wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tbsp of sugar;
- pinch of baking soda;
- 1 Apple;
- vegetable oil for frying.

Mix fermented baked milk, I egg, salt, sugar and soda. Portions add pre-sifted flour mixed with cinnamon, and knead the dough consistency reminiscent of thick cream. Apples peel, remove the seeds. Grate the fruit on a grater and add to the dough. Mix well.

Lay out portions of the dough in hot vegetable oil. Fruit fritters are fried longer than usual and faster burn. Make sure that the oven was not too hot. Before you put the pan another batch of dough, mix well, because the apples sink to the bottom. Ready pancakes lay on warmed plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with liquid honey.

Pancakes on the fermented baked milk without eggs



If you do not eat eggs, air cook pancakes without them. The dough will be easier, the cakes will not lose richness of taste.

You will need:

1 Cup sour milk;
- 1 Cup wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- 0,25 teaspoons of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- oil for frying.

Add in yogurt sugar and salt, mix well and then add sifted flour. Knead loose dough. If it turned out watery, add more flour. Fry pancakes in a pan greased with vegetable oil. To the products formed Golden brown, pour it in small portions before you put in pan with a new batch of dough. Serve pancakes hot.
