Wash the lemons with a brush and hot water. Cut zest, squeeze the juice. The strawberries sort, wash, remove the sepals. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and lemon zest. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain the syrup and pour it with lemon juice.
