You will need
    • potatoes;
    • spices;
    • vegetable oil.
Start cooking with potato preparation. Thoroughly wash the vegetables, gently Pat dry and clean. Then the potatoes using a well sharpened knife cut into equal slices (wedges) of about 7 mm thick.
Put the potatoes in a deep bowl. Add salt to taste and season with spices. You can use ready seasoning for potatoes, black pepper, paprika, dried garlic and any other seasonings. Mix well.
Toss wedges of potatoes with a small amount of vegetable oil and again mix thoroughly.
Pre-heat the convection oven. Lay the cubes of potatoes in stimmer, putting them in a single layer.
Place on grill and cook for 10 minutes at 250 degrees and maximum rpm. Flip the potatoes and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
You can cook potato fries in a slightly different way. To do this, lay out the prepared slices of potatoes on a medium grill and put in aerogrill. Fry the potatoes in for 20 minutes at maximum temperature and maximum speed of the device.
Use frozen potato fries if you want to reduce the cooking time. First it will need to defrost at room temperature.
