Help menu the Microsoft Windows operating system by pressing the "start" button and click "All programs" for initiation of the procedure to remove attribute "Only for reading" from the selected file in the folder.

Expand "accessories" and launch the "Windows Explorer".

Open the context menu you want to edit the file settings, click the right mouse button and select "Properties".

Click on the tab "General" the properties dialog box and uncheck the field "Only for reading".

Confirm application of the selected change by clicking OK and return to the main menu "start" to execute the alternative procedure remove attribute "Only for reading" with the necessary file to the selected folder.

Click "Run" and type regedit in the Open box to start the tool "registry Editor".

Click OK to confirm the command execution start and expand the registry branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftwindowscurrentversionexplorer.

Open menu "edit" of the top toolbar of the application window and select "New".

Use the option "DWORD value" and enter a value UseSystemForSystemFolders as the name of the selected parameter.

Open the context menu of the created parameter click the right mouse button and select "Edit".

Click OK to confirm apply your changes and return to the main menu "start" to complete the changes in the parameters of the desired file.

Click "Run" and enter the value of cmd in the Open box to start the tool Command prompt.

Click OK to confirm the command run and type the value attrib /? in the text box to review the syntax for the required commands.

Press Enter to confirm the command and specify the necessary actions.
