You will need
  • - young zucchini - 700 g;
  • - processed cheese - 200 g;
  • - onions - 1 piece;
  • - dry Mediterranean herbs – 1 tsp;
  • - refined vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
  • - eggs – 3 PCs.;
  • - ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Wash the zucchini, trim the edges and slice into thin circles. Cheese cut into plates, using a sharp knife, greased with vegetable oil. Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings.
Put the zucchini in a deep large bowl, add the onion half rings and plates of melted cheese. Add salt, pepper and blend of Mediterranean herbs. In a bowl pour sunflower oil and gently mix all the ingredients. This is best done not with a spoon, and hands.
Shift the contents of the bowl into a pan and place it on medium heat. Cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt fully, and systematically, not forgetting to stir.
Carefully whisk eggs with a whisk until smooth. Received the egg mixture, add to the zucchini, mix well and empty contents of pan into a baking dish.
Preheat oven to a temperature of +180 degrees and place the form with the zucchini. Bake for about 50 minutes until a beautiful Golden brown color.
The finished casserole of zucchini let cool and remove from the mold, laid on a flat dish. Serve the casserole, cut it into portions and garnish with fresh herbs.
