You will need
  • - yogurt or sour milk – 500 ml;
  • egg – 1-2 PCs.;
  • - sugar – 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • - flour – 1 glass;
  • - refined vegetable oil.
With a whisk, whisk in a bowl the eggs together with yogurt of any fat content or curd, add sugar, salt and flour. After mixing, the dough should be lush, light, no lumps, not too thick consistency. The pancake dough you can knead in the mixer, it will be even faster.
Pour into the pan a small amount of vegetable oil, good heat. With a spoon, place on a hot frying pan a lot. Quickly flatten with a spoon the surface of the pancakes, giving them a round or oval shape. Fry on both sides until Golden state for about two minutes on each side.
Ready pancakes serve immediately to the table with hot tea. A classic addition to oladushki – cream. You can use the syrup from under any jam or melted on a water bath honey.
