To convert a pressure given in millimeters of mercury, Pascals, multiply the number of mm Hg. article on the number of 101325, and then divide by 760. That is, use a simple formula:
KP = Km * 101325 / 760,
where:
Km – pressure in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg. art., mm Hg, Torr., torr)
KP is the pressure in Pascals (PA, RA).
KP = Km * 101325 / 760,
where:
Km – pressure in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg. art., mm Hg, Torr., torr)
KP is the pressure in Pascals (PA, RA).
2
The use of the above formula gives the exact correspondence between the two measurement systems. For practical calculations use a simple formula:
KP = Km * 133,322 or simplistic KP = Km * 133.
KP = Km * 133,322 or simplistic KP = Km * 133.

When the pressure in Pascal note that when measuring blood pressure in weather reports, as well as among engineers vacuumseal often shorten the name of "mm Hg. article" to "mm" (sometimes omitted and millimeters). Therefore, if the pressure is given in millimeters or just a number is specified, then it's probably mm Hg. the article (if possible, still more precise). When measuring very low pressure is mm Hg. the article "vacuumsthe" apply unit "microns of mercury", which is commonly referred to as "microns". Accordingly, if the pressure is specified in microns, then simply divide that number by a thousand and get the pressure in mm Hg. article
4
When measuring high pressures often used such a unit as "atmosphere", corresponding to normal atmospheric pressure. One atmosphere (ATM, atm) equals 760 mm Hg. article that is, for obtaining the pressure in mm Hg. article, multiply the number of atmospheres to 760. If the pressure is specified in "technical atmospheres", to translate pressure in mm Hg. St. multiply this number by 735,56.

Example.
The tire pressure of the car is 5 atmospheres. What will be the pressure expressed in Pascals?
Solution.
Move pressure from atmospheres to mm Hg. article: 5 * 760 = 3800.
Put the pressure of mm Hg. article in the Pascal: 3800 * 133 = 505400.
Response.
505400 PA (or $ 505.4 bn kPa).
