Try to get a statement from the unified state register in Moscow in the Department of housing and housing policy, by visiting our Agency at the following address: Gazetny pereulok, 1/12 of the house. This can be done only if you have registered rights to the property until 31 January 1998. Otherwise you can contact the Moscow branch of the USRR, which is located at the address: 2-nd avtozavodskii pereulok, 5. You will need to apply for the issue of an extract from the unified state register and its further receipt in writing. Download from the website of Rosreestr in the application form, fill it out and pay the state fee for service in the amount of 200 rubles. This can be done through the savings Bank, taking the details on the order page services. Enter conditional or cadastral number of the object and its address in the appropriate boxes and click "Order an extract from the unified state register". The procedure is free, and your email address will be sent details for payment (electronic or Bank transfer). The cost of obtaining a discharge is 150 rubles. As soon as funds are transferred, you will receive a notification about the current status of the order. It usually occurs within 5 working days, after which your email address will receive the ordered extract. Please note that the official this document will be deemed after you will pass it for signature to the staff of the Moscow branch of the USRR.
