Update the software of your device from Apple. To do this, select "Settings" on the main screen. In the menu go to menu "Main" and click "Update". This operation may take a long time, but it will guarantee that you will be able to restore a backup from iCloud that was created for another device.

Check out some of the last copies was saved in the cloud and available at this time for recovery. Again, go to "Settings". Click on the menu iCloud. In the list find "Storage & backup". In this section you will find multiple saved copies from iCloud - the name, details and date synchronization. Remember the name.

Press twice the back button to get to "Settings". Now go to "Main" and select "Reset". You need the option "Reset content and settings" - click on it.

Navigate back to "Settings" and click "Configure device". The iCloud system will prompt you to login if your account is not yet active. Enter the username and password of your account (the one where the backup is stored) and from the list select copy.

After you restore the data, your iOS device will reboot and the copying of previously acquired content: music, photos, apps, and other items. All these files will be restored from an Apple store, so if the restore of some of the applications will be released the updated version of your device will install an improved version.

To monitor the recovery process will allow you an indicator that will appear at the bottom of the screen. Be prepared for the fact that the system may ask you for passwords accounts for iTunes, App Store and iBooks Store.
