Plum jam

We need:
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 1 kg ripe plums;
- 1 sachet of pectin.

Clean the plums from the peduncle and seeds, if you want to remove and peel. Without skin, your jam will turn out more tender. Cut each plum in half, place in cooker, pour the pectin and sugar. Enable the soup, boil the mixture fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Always remove the resulting foam, since without it, the jam will retain its original flavor and freshness for much longer. Pour cooled jam in sterilized jars.

Apple jam

We need:
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 250 ml of water;
- 1 kg of fresh apples.

Wash apples, peel, remove the core. Cut the apples in cubes, place them in a pressure cooker, fill with sugar, pour in the water. Cook fifteen minutes, stir occasionally, until the sweet mass. Apple jam in a pressure cooker was left to cool and pour into jars. Similarly, you can cook pear jam, which will turn out equally delicious.
