You will need
- sunflower oil – 3 tbsp;
- chicken thighs – 7 PCs;
- natural honey – 1 tbsp;
- brandy – 2 tbsp;
- powder mustard – 1 tbsp;
- seasoning for chicken.
Before you bake the dish, each chicken thigh, rinse thoroughly and then dip a paper towel to remove the moisture.
Mix in a bowl the honey, mustard, brandy, spices, salt and oil. Apply the marinade on the chicken thighs on all sides.
All the pieces are put in a container with a tight lid or in a plastic bag and leave like this for an hour.
When the specified time expires, grease a deep baking tray with oil and place chicken in it. It's time to bake our chicken thighs.
Preheat the oven to 200 oC, place baking sheet with chicken and bake for 20 minutes. After that, remove the dish, flip all the chicken thighs the other side and put back to bake.
After 15 minutes, turn the meat again and hold for 10 minutes or until Golden brown.
You managed to bake great chicken legs in the oven, with a crispy crust and tender meat inside. Serve this dish along with mashed potatoes, rice or salad.
