Soy lecithin is produced from cleaned soybean oil at low temperatures. It contains oils, vitamins A, E , D, K, b vitamins, beneficial linolenic acid, Inositol, and various phospholipids, which are the basis of cell membranes of living organisms.

Thanks to this chemical composition of soy lecithin is involved in the nutrition of the cells of the brain, including in the transmission of nerve impulses, controls the level of cholesterol in the blood and the nervous system of the body. The use of soy lecithin
