Grated pie

Shortbread can be prepared the original pie with a layer of thick raspberry jam. For this recipe you can make cakes and other types of jam - the taste will be slightly different.

You will need:
- 250 g of margarine;
- 1 egg;
- 200 g of sugar;
3.5 cups whole wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- 300 g thick raspberry jam.
Instead of margarine you can use butter.

Margarine chop with a knife, add egg, whipped with sugar and soda, slaked lemon juice. Portions add to the dough sifted flour. Knead the dough - it should be thick enough. Divide the dough in two, roll each into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for an hour.

The baking pan cover baking paper on top of the grate one half of the dough. Flatten the crumbs with a knife and put the raspberry jam. Cover the layer of jam remaining batter, also grated. Place pie in oven preheated to 200oC. Bake product until it browned. The finished cake remove from pan, cool and cut into small pieces.

Quick cake with raspberry jam

Jam you can make an easy pie yogurt. He cares very quickly. In addition, the dough can be put sugar and even slightly fermented jam at any density. Pleasant raspberry aroma is guaranteed.

You will need:
- 1 Cup raspberry jam;
- 1 glass of kefir;
- 1 egg;
- 2 cups wheat flour;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda;
- a few crystals of citric acid;
- powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Yogurt can be replaced with yogurt or sour cream, half diluted with milk.

Pour the jam in a bowl, add soda, slaked lemon acid, dissolved in a teaspoon of water. Stir and leave the mixture for a few minutes. Then pour in a bowl the yogurt, add sugar and slightly beaten egg. Pound weight until smooth portions and add in it sifted flour.

Refractory form of grease with butter and pour in it the dough. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200oC. The product must be evenly rise. Readiness check cake with a toothpick after piercing it should not remain traces of the test.

Specsize pie put on a Board and refrigerate. The surface is dusted with powder sugar. Instead, you can use chocolate icing - melt in a water bath 100 g of milk chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk and pour over the pie mixture. Spread the frosting with a knife, let it cool down and serve dessert for tea.
