You will need
  • Large oranges, 2 EA.
  • Cooled boiled water (or filtered) 4 l;
  • Sugar 400g;
  • Citric acid (powder) 1 tsp. without top
Pour over the oranges with boiling water, wipe it and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
Oranges cut into slices, with peel (!) mince.
A mixture of sugar and water (1 l), let stand 10 min.
Drained weight at first through a colander (it will hold large pieces), then through a sieve.
To the strained juice add 3 quarts of water, sugar and citric acid. Stir to dissolve the crystals of sugar and acid, pour in bottles and let to stand before use for about an hour.
