Prepare a casserole properly

A simple cheese pie recipe

You will need:
- 1 kg of curd;
- 2 tbsp of starch;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tbsp of sugar;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- vanilla sugar to taste;
- salt to taste.

Put the cream cheese in a bowl and crack in the eggs. Pour the flour, starch and mix well. Next, stir in vanilla and simple sugar, salt to taste and mix again and then beat with a mixer.

Grease a deep form oil and pour it to the curd mass. Put in hot oven and bake at temperature of 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Cheesecake is ready, remove from the mold. Let it cool and cut before serving into portions. Every pour of condensed milk or sour cream and put it on the Desk.

Curd pudding with dried apricots

You will need:
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 tbsp semolina;
- 3 tbsp of sugar;
- 50 g dried apricots;
- butter for greasing of the form;
- 5 tbsp sour cream;
- vanilla to taste;
- salt to taste.

Wash the apricots and fill it with boiling water. Leave to swell for 20 minutes, while they themselves enjoy the test. Pour into a bowl semolina and add 3 tbsp sour cream, mix well and leave semolina to swell. It will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

In the casserole, replace the apricots with the same amount of black or white seedless raisins.

Curd wipe through a sieve or grind in a blender. Importantly, to avoid lumps. Connect with cottage cheese semolina in sour cream, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Mix everything until smooth. Now add the dried apricots. To do this, drain the water, dry apricots napkins and cut into slices. Then mix with the dough for pie.
