Log in to the Windows control panel. To do this, open the main menu of the graphic shell, click on the "start" button located in the taskbar on the desktop. In this menu select the item "options". Wait for submenu. Click the "control Panel".

Open the administrative tools folder. If the current display mode information in the control panel is in category view", click "Performance and maintenance" and then on the link "Administration".
If the control panel displays the contents in a classic style, find administrative tools and open. To do this, either click on it twice with the left mouse button, or right click and select "Open" from the context menu.

Run MMC (Microsoft Management Console). Double-click on the icon "computer Management" window in the administrative tools folder or click the right mouse button and select "Open" context menu.

Activate the snap-in device management information storage MMC. Expand Storage group "computer Management (local)", if necessary. Highlight "disk Management" using the mouse or the cursor. In the right pane of the console interface is displayed in the selected snap-in.

Open the properties dialog of the drive for which you want to disable file caching. At the bottom of the list on the right pane of the management console locate the entry corresponding to the target device. Right click the mouse on the unit with the information on the disk. In the context menu select "Properties".

Navigate to the manage settings for file caching when writing to the selected drive. Click on the Policies tab of the properties dialog.

Disable file caching. Activate the option "Optimize for quick removal", having made a click on the radio button with associated text located in the group of controls "write Caching and safe removal". Commit the changes by clicking the OK button.
