To edit tags there are special programs: MP3 Tag Tools, SBTag, Mp3Tag, Pistonsoft MP3 Tags Editor, TagScanner. Some of them are paid, some free. You can read about them and choose the tool.
One of the most convenient free programs - tag editor TagScanner. It works with mp3, aac, ogg, flac, mp4, wma, TrueAudio, WavePack, Speex, OptimFrog, Monkey's Audio and Musepack. TagScanner supports all metadata formats: ID3 tags 1.0/1.1/2.2/2.3/2.4, mp4 (iTunes), wma, Vorbis tags, ape v1 and v2. Download the program from the site and install. When installing you can select the Russian language interface.
Run the program. Click on the bottom of the "Browse" and select the folder to work. In the program window displays the sound files contained in this folder. In the column "file Name" will be their names, and the column "Artist", - artist. Select the row for the desired track with the left mouse button. Click the TAG editor on the top toolbar. The contents of the right part of the window will change. Scroll down and see the section "Cover."
Click on the white icon with a green cross ("Load picture from file) and browse your hard disk for the picture you want to insert into the file. The chosen picture appears in the cover window. Click "Save" tag (in this case image) is written to a file. You can also insert a cover at the same time in multiple tracks (for example, if they belong to the same music album). To do this before adding the images, select multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key.
If the music file already has a picture and you want to save, click on floppy disk icon ("Extract image to an external file"). Specify the directory for saving. You can now use this image and paste it to other tracks.
