If you have Adobe Photoshop open, close it, start Windows Explorer and go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Locales\en_us\Support Files. Keep in mind that the program may be installed in another place (not on disk) and have another version (not CS5), so edit the path specified above in accordance with your situation. Create in this directory a new folder with any name. Find the file tw10428.dat, cut it and paste it in the newly created folder. Now open Adobe Photoshop and watch how the UI flaunts the English letters.

If you want to re-Russify a program, close it and copy the file tw10428.dat back into the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Locales\en_us\Support Files.
Note
In the later versions of Adobe Photoshop, for example, in CS2, you have to manipulate not one, but two files: tw12508 and tw10428. Both of them are located in the directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Required. To change language in Photoshop to English use the method described above: create a new folder and move both files.
