Instruction
1
Lay out the foam blocks intended for masonry on pallets on top of the Foundation tiles. We recommend that you unpack the blocks immediately before laying.
2
Carefully inspect all foam blocks. If necessary, clean them of dirt, ice and dust. Foam blockshaving defects and chips must be machined.
3
Place the first row of foam blocks. Remember that it needs to be laid on the waterproofing layer. Prepare a mixture of cement and sand in the ratio of 4:1. Also, the solution is to add plasticizers. Laid on sand-cement mortar two layers of roofing felt or other waterproofing material. The basis of the first corner blocks is recommended to moisten with water for better grip.
4
Note that the thickness of the first seam should not be greater than 30 mm. When laying should be carefully monitored so that the seams were not formed voids. Apply glue or a solution of a special toothed spatula-ladle and ensure that all vertical and horizontal joints were completely filled.
5
Take the building level and check out all the irregularities of the first laid row of blocks. Remove all defects by using a grinding wheel.
6
Lay subsequent rows of blocks. To increase the stability of the wall and additional protection from cracking the masonry of concrete blocks it is recommended to reinforce. For this cut in the foam blocks with the help of grinders or wall chasers groove and lay in their fixtures.
7
Make the overlap. Note that overlap cannot be laid directly on the concrete blocks, since this can result in point loading that exceeds the tensile strength of the material. Pour a monolithic concrete nets with a height of 10-20 cm and place it on top of masonry. Lay the slab on a reinforced belt. Additionally insulate zone.
8
In the construction of walls from foam blocks overlap door and window openings must be done with the help of special blocks U-shape.
