Keep in mind that the majority of operators there is a limitation on sending SMS in 160 Latin characters or 60 characters in Cyrillic. You can also use the services of one of the instant messengers - icq or mail.agent. Both of these programs support free SMS sending in Russia and CIS countries. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, download the installation module from the official site icq.com either mail.ru accordingly, register and log in using the username and password specified during registration. These programs allow you to send SMS without having to type verification characters, but have a character limit, as in the previous step, as well as a limit on the number of SMS sent per minute.
