You will need
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 Cup flour
    • 3 tbsp cocoa
    • 3 cups of milk
    • 1 sachet of vanillin(vanilla sugar)

Prepare jars, where you're going to pour the ready pasta. Sterilize them (a couple with the pan in the steamer, in the microwave, the oven, or simply scald with boiling water). Sterilize jars should be to ensure that they do not burst from the hot pasta.
In a saucepan (better to use aluminum), mix all the dry ingredients (sugar, cocoa, flour and vanilla). Mix. Gradually add the milk, the resulting mixture again mix well. If necessary, strain the mixture from lumps. Remember that the mixture must be homogeneous!
Add butter and place over a low flame. Continually stir so the mixture is not formed lumps and the paste is not burnt, as the mixture thickens quickly, especially on the bottom.
If you wish, you can add chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts) or dried fruits. To chop nuts, you can use the grinder. The degree of crushing depends on your preferences. Nuts better podsedice in the oven. It is necessary to dry approximately 10-15 minutes, the oven temperature should be average. The resulting mixture mix well.
Cook until thick the entire mass, but do not boil it. As soon as you see the first bubble, turn it off.
As soon as you turn off the heat, immediately pour into jars. Do not delay, as the paste hardens quickly! It turns out about 850 gr. But just in case, prepare another bottle in reserve. Don't forget that the hot pasta has a larger volume than the already thickened.Chocolate pasta is ready. Enjoy your drink!
