Determine whether your computer is infected. Connect to the Internet and look at the bottom of the page in any browser, block harmful banner. If you see this banner, it means that your computer is infected.

Close all web pages. Click "start", select "settings" then "Control Panel" then "Internet options" (or in the menu of the web page: "Tools" -" Manage add-ons"). Open the window "Internet options", tab "Programs", click "add-ins". Open Manage add-ons find the add-in containing the file *lib.dll. Turn it off.

Restart Internet Explorer. Your banner should disappear.

Now you need to delete the files of the banner. Open the folder "Windowssystem32" and find the file *lib.dll. These files can be hidden, so first in the menu, select "show hidden files".

Click "Start" – "Run". Select the "Open" and type "regedit". Click "OK". Should open the editor window. Select menu "edit" – "Find". Search for the file *lib.dll. Delete all files with the same name.
