You will need
- Meat – beef (brisket) or pork (ribs
- neck) – 1 kg
- Onion medium size – 3 pieces,
- Carrot of middle two pieces,
- Potatoes – 1 kg,
- Vegetable oil – 100-150 ml,
- Tomato paste – 3 tablespoons
- fresh herbs.
Meat cut into slices, onion half rings, carrot RUB on a small grater. Take the cauldron or cast iron pot put on the fire and pour the oil. Oil much heat and then place the meat inside. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, until Golden brown.
Add the onions, stir, sauté for 5 minutes together with the meat and add the carrots. Add salt, pepper, stir and continue to fry, stirring so it doesn't stick.
Dilute the tomato paste in a glass of water, you can add to the mix a quarter spoon of sugar. Pour the tomato sauce into the pot, stir, close the lid, stew on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Potatoes, coarsely chop, about 6 pieces. Put it in a pan, mix with meat, add hot boiled water to make it slightly without covering content, dosolit, if necessary. Close the lid, stew for 20 minutes.
If the potatoes have become soft, remove the pan, let it stand with the lid closed and play bowls, sprinkle with chopped greens.
Stew meat potatoes well apply salt or fresh, coarsely chopped vegetables, herbs twigs.
