The easiest baked potatoes
Peel and dice potatoes, place in a deep pan and place it on the fire. Add butter, salt, pork fat. In a small bowl, combine the milk, black pepper and flour. Whisk until smooth. When potatoes are almost ready, add the mixture and reduce heat. Simmer to desired thickness.

Potatoes, stewed in chicken broth
Peel and dice the potatoes. Fill them for some time with cold water. Put all the ingredients in a pan and place it on medium heat. As soon as the butter melts and bouillon cubes dissolve, add potatoes. Simmer for about 20 minutes and serve.

Stewed potatoes in a pot
Peel the potatoes and remove eyes and all unappetizing. Rinse and cut into cubes. Peel onions, cut into cubes and put into a small container with 1 tablespoon of water. Then fry it on medium heat until it becomes transparent. Put onions in pot, add potatoes and salt, pour water to cover the potatoes, and cook for about 30 minutes or until tender.

Stewed potatoes with mushrooms
Peel the potatoes, slice and fry in butter with chopped onions. The cleaned mushrooms are washed in cold water, slice and fry. Once all products have roasted, place all in a pot, add a small amount of water, add salt, pepper, sour cream and Bay leaf. Cover with the lid and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
If it is not possible to use fresh mushrooms, substitute canned or dry (they should be pre-boil and fry).
