You will need
- 5 medium-sized pancakes:

Not worth it for cheesecakes, use a soft and liquid cheese. It is better to take dry curd with a high percentage of fat – so the shape of cheesecakes will be better to stay.

Add the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Finally, add the flour. Again mix. If the dough is liquid, it is necessary to add more flour. But do not overdo it, the main ingredient here is cheese. If you add too much flour, the taste of the cheese will change not for the better.
